Apple Valley, Minnesota Shooting - June 21, 2022

The information is limited at this time, but there are unconfirmed reports of a possible shooting in the 12000 block of Geneva Way in Apple Valley, Minnesota just after 2 AM on June 21, 2022. A possible victim was shot twice, once in the hand and once in the leg. The suspect then fled on foot. The suspect is said to be a Hispanic male wearing all-black clothes and is said to still have the weapon. It is also reported that the victim knows the suspect.

Multiple agencies are on scene, helping with setting up a perimeter and searching for the suspect. This is still a developing story. We will update this story as more information is made available. The perimeter was broken down just after 3 AM. The suspect is still at large, but again, he is known by the victim.
