Suspect wanted on burglary charges in Texas caught in Minnesota

MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA - According to a criminal complaint from the Dakota County Attorney's Office, around 3:08 AM on Friday, October 20, 2023, Officers with the Mendota Heights Police Department were traveling eastbound on Highway 62 in the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota when they saw a vehicle in front of them in the right lane signal and abruptly change lanes into the left lane and narrowly hitting a vehicle that was in the left lane. The vehicle already in the left lane had to slam on its brakes to avoid the collision.

When Officers ran the man's name, they found a warrant for him in Galveston County, Texas, concerning burglary charges. The warrant was confirmed, and Mr. Crenshaw was arrested. Galveston County confirmed they would be extraditing him so he could face his charges.
